• Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, GodCrew takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Vendor Agreement:

• Vendors agree that all posted content is subject to GodCrew approval as it relates to content relevance to Christian Worship as well as quality of submission (ex: audio/video quality on music or video files). 
• Vendors agree that all vendor payouts occur at the end of each month (unless otherwise noted) through PayPal.  As such, all vendors must have a valid and verified PayPal account. 
• Vendor accounts can be terminated at any time and at GodCrew's discretion if any of these conditions have been compromised. 
• Terms and conditions can be changed and/or updated at any time with notification through the GodCrew vendor intranet.  It is the vendor's responsibility to periodically review the terms and conditions document. 
• The vendor accepts all customer service and legal responsibilities, which include but not limited to copyright litigation, as they pertain to posted items.
• The vendor agrees to only post items to which they own the copyrights or have obtained written permission to post from the copyright owner. 
• Vendor accepts all the responsibilities and legal consequences associated with copyright infringement and hereby release GodCrew of any such responsibilities.
• For vendors distributing tangible items, the vendor agrees to ship the item within the timeline listed on the item posting.  Continued negligence to do so could lead to vendor account closure.
• Limitations on content:  User shall not include content, or internet links to content on the Site that contain, promote or involve any of the following:

i. any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right;

ii. nudity or pornography;

iii. content that exploits children under 18 years of age;

iv. hate propaganda;

v.  racist, threatening, or otherwise abusive content;

vi. the promotion or incitement of, or instruction for, the commission of illegal activities;

vii. mail fraud, multi-level marketing (pyramid) schemes or any other fraudulent activities;

viii. content promoted through the sending of unsolicited e-mail (also known as spamming);

ix. sending of unsolicited e-mail (spam) from the Chinook Webs server, or any other server that refers to content on the Chinook Webs server, or sending such e-mail with a Chinook Webs’ hosted web site listed as the contact address.  Additionally using Chinook Webs servers to send out newsletters, or any kind of bulk mailing – regardless of subscriber acceptance is strictly prohibited, and may lead to suspension of your account;

x. warez, cracks, hacks, spam software & their associated utilities;

xi. information or other material that contains a virus, corrupted data or any other harmful or damaging component;
